RETURN POLICY
No returns will be accepted without proper authorization. Please call us. In the event of any problem with goods shipped — including damaged items, missing items, duplicate shipments, or questions regarding color, size, etc. — call American Band Accessories, LLC. If a product is damaged, save all shipping papers and cartons and notify the shipper immediately, as the carrier is responsible. For problems other than damage by the shipper, notify American Band Accessories immediately for instructions.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Goods kept longer than 30 days will result in the customer retaining the items and being responsible for all associated charges. All items returned to us (other than those due to damage or shipping issues) will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%.
Samples are invoiced at the time of shipment. Goods will be credited if returned within 15 days, provided they are in the same condition as when shipped. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Samples may be ordered on a school purchase order, by credit card, or prepaid by school check, cashier’s check, or money order.
All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. This excludes special order items. Please note: American Band is a mail order company — we do not have field representatives.
Special note on residential shipping: On all ground shipments to a residential address, the carrier will leave the package without a signature. The carrier’s liability ends at that point. American Band strongly urges that all packages be sent to a commercial address (including a school) where they can be signed for. All air shipments require a signature and will not be released without one.
